Product description

This is a medium variant of the basic model of the sorter with direct filling. In general, this category of sorters is designed primarily for small scale work. In spite of its relatively small size, it will also find application among professionals. As with other models in this category, its compact dimensions and light weight allow easy loading and relocation to the destination.

For its size, it has a relatively acceptable hourly output, which ranges from 10 to 25 tonnes of processed material per hour. The performance is mainly influenced by the condition and characteristics of the material to be sorted.

The preceding characteristics are combined with a relatively low power consumption, which ensures the gentle operation of the machine, which is reflected in the operating costs.

The size of the resulting fraction is influenced by the mesh size of the screens used. Their size can be adapted to the wishes of our customer. Like all our machines, the Molesorter STANDARD meets the prescribed ISO standards.

Certifications confirming compliance with sound and dust limits during operation ensure trouble-free operation in terms of the legally required hygiene standards. For its operation, it requires a power source within reach. Connection is by means of a 400 V socket with a 16A/5p plug.

In this category of basic, simple direct-fill sorters, we offer the even lighter and smaller Molesorter MIDDLE and the slightly heavier and larger Molesorter STANDARD MAXI. These offer different hourly outputs. It is up to you which of the sorters in this category will best suit your requirements and ideas.
