Product description
This is the most powerful variant of our basic direct-fill sorter models. In general, this category of sorter is designed primarily for smaller scale jobs. However, this model will serve a wide range of customers quite well with its performance while maintaining a relatively compact size and acceptable weight, as well as its quality workmanship and economical operation.
Its size and weight allow relatively easy handling and logistics from site to site. For its size, it has a solid hourly output, which ranges from twenty to forty tonnes of processed material per hour. Performance is mainly influenced by the condition and characteristics of the material to be sorted.
Another benefit is the low power consumption, which ensures the gentle operation of the equipment, which is then reflected in the costs incurred. The size of the resulting fraction is influenced by the mesh size of the screens used. Their size can be adapted to our customer’s requirements.
Like all machines manufactured by us, the Molesorter STANDARD MAXI meets the prescribed ISO standards. Certifications confirming compliance with sound and dust limits during operation ensure trouble-free operation in terms of the legally required hygiene standards. For its operation, it requires a power supply within reach. Connection is via a 400 V socket with a 16A/5p plug. Compared to other machines offered by us in this category, this is the most powerful variant.
In this category of basic, structurally simple sorters we offer the even lighter and smaller Molesorter MIDDLE and the slightly heavier and larger Molesorter STANDARD. These offer different hourly outputs. It is up to you which of the sorters in this category will best suit your requirements and ideas. For larger scale jobs, we would recommend the higher category Molesorter MAXI or the top of the range Molesorter PREMIUM.
