Product description

Molesorter PREMIUM is an advanced successor to the MAXI variant in the category of sorters designed for medium range work. In their comparison, the PREMIUM variant comes out as a more structurally complex, but overall dimensionally more compact machine. With its output of 60-100 t/hr, it outperforms our direct fill and take-out sorters, such as the STANDARD MAXI.

The performance is mainly influenced by the condition and characteristics of the material to be sorted. The outfeed conveyors allow better handling of the resulting fractions.

We offer a variant with fixed anchoring of the outfeed conveyors and an upgraded variant with telescopic conveyors, which can be folded along the side of the machine for transport. At the same time, thanks to their length of 5.5 m (1.5 m more than fixed conveyors), they provide a higher heaping height for the output of the final fraction.

The machine is basically equipped with PVC belts. The container chassis DIN 30722 makes transport easy and comfortable. For its operation it requires the reach of an electrical power source. Connection is by using a 400 V socket with a 16A/5p plug. Therefore, we offer the installation of an 8.5 kW power generator as an optional extra. With it, the sorter can be used practically anywhere.

The size of the resulting fraction is influenced by the mesh size of the screens used. Their size can be adapted to our customer’s wishes and can be freely exchanged according to the current needs. The feeding conveyor is equipped with a continuous regulation function.

Like all our machines, the Molesorter PREMIUM meets the prescribed ISO standards. Certifications confirming compliance with sound and dust limits during operation ensure trouble-free operation in terms of the legally required hygiene standards.

The main differences from the Molesorter MAXI variant are the lower loading height, the overall smaller dimensions, the higher hourly output and the higher target position of the discharge conveyors. What is common is the ease of operation, maintenance and trouble-free operation. As an optional extra, we offer the replacement of PVC belts with rubber belts, which offer a longer service life.
