Product description
This is the smallest model of sorter we offer, designed especially for small scale work. It is suitable for so-called hobby use for “work around the house”. However, with its quality workmanship and economical operation, it will also find a place in professional use. Its dimensions and weight allow relatively easy handling and logistics from place to place.
Among its main advantages is its very low weight. Its compact dimensions allow easy loading and transfer to the destination. For its size, it has a relatively acceptable hourly output, ranging from five to ten tonnes of processed material per hour. The performance is mainly influenced by the condition and characteristics of the material to be sorted.
The previous characteristics are combined with a low power consumption, which ensures the gentle operation of the equipment, which is reflected in the costs incurred. The size of the resulting fraction is influenced by the mesh size of the screens used. Their size can be adapted to the customer’s requirements.Like all our machines, this one meets the prescribed ISO standards.
Smooth operation in terms of the legally required hygiene standards is ensured by certifications confirming compliance with sound and dust limits during its operation. For its operation, it requires a power source within reach. Connection is via a 400 V socket with a 16A/5p plug.
Compared to other machines we offer in this category of direct-filled sorters, it is the smallest and lightest device. In this category of basic, simple design sorters we also offer the Molesorter STANDARD and Molesorter STANDARD MAXI models. These offer a higher hourly output. However, with the increase in power comes a logical increase in size and weight.
