Product description

Molesorter MAXI is the basic representative in the category of container sorters designed for medium range work. It is the predecessor of the technologically more advanced Molesorter PREMIUM model. In their comparison, the MAXI variant comes out as a simpler in design, but overall dimensionally more robust machine.

With its output of 40-60 t/h it outperforms our direct fill and take-out sorters. The performance is mainly influenced by the condition and characteristics of the material to be sorted. The outfeed conveyors allow better handling of the resulting fractions.

Thanks to the container chassis DIN 30722 and very low weight, transport is easy and comfortable. It requires a power source within reach for operation. Connection is via a 400 V socket with a 16A/5p plug. Therefore, as an optional extra, we offer a built-in power generator with an output of 8.5 kW. With it, the sorter can be used practically anywhere.

The size of the resulting fraction is influenced by the mesh size of the screens used. Their size can be adapted to our customer’s wishes and can be freely exchanged according to the current needs.

The feeding conveyor is equipped with a continuous control function. Like all our machines, the Molesorter MAXI meets the prescribed ISO standards.

Certifications confirming compliance with sound and dust limits during operation ensure trouble-free operation in terms of the legally required hygiene standards. The main differences from the Molesorter PREMIUM variant are the higher loading height, the overall larger dimensions, the lower hourly output due to the use of an auxiliary vibratory motor and the lower height of the discharge conveyors. Common to this is ease of operation, maintenance and trouble-free operation.
