Product description
As the description already shows, this recycling line was created by combining two mutually compatible machines of our production. In the first step, it is a Molecrusher 4733 jaw crusher, which grinds the rubble into grit, and in the second step, it is our Molecrusher PREMIUM sorter, which arranges the subsequent separation of the grit into the resulting fractions.
The picture shows the Molesorter PREMIUM 3VD – PHG version. This is the version with extended hopper panels. Equipped with a hydraulic coarse classifier and its own generator. The upgraded version can also have a telescopic version of the outfeed conveyors. Detailed information on the individual machines can be found on the respective pages. It can be added that the performance of the line in this case is limited by the crusher capacity. This is around thirty tonnes per hour, depending on the nature of the material to be crushed. The advantage of such a system is the possibility of using a single power source, which is a diesel generator with an output of up to 34 kW, which is basically equipped with a Molecrusher 4733 batch crusher.
