Molecrusher 4733

As well as natural rocks such as limestone, sandstone and even medium-strength granite. It can also be used for crushing asphalt blocks. However, as the character of the material implies, these should be undercooled (max. up to 5°C). For this purpose, the crusher can be used especially during the winter months. The crushed material is conveyed in a hopper to the crushing unit by means of an adjustable feed conveyor. The slot size is adjustable and ranges from 0-30mm to 0-80mm. Its setting determines the resulting hourly output.

The machine has an unique de-dusting separator. And the waste material is discharged by a separate conveyor. The power for this crusher is provided by a built-in 30kW diesel generator, which can also be used to power other working machines within range. A direct connection to the mains power supply via a 400V socket (63A/5p) is also possible. The gravel is stockpiled using a 4.5m long discharge conveyor.

The Molecrusher 4733 can be used in combination with our Molesorter PREMIUM sorter for subsequent sorting of the crushed material into the desired output fractions.

The main advantages of this crusher are its compact dimensions and relatively low weight, which allow it to be easily transported to its destination using a DIN 30722 container chassis. In addition to the basic equipment, the machine can be equipped with work lights, scraper conveyor and hopper extension panels. The hopper can also be equipped with hardox steel plates. Certifications confirming compliance with sound and dust limits during operation ensure trouble-free operation in terms of the legally required hygiene standards.
